Description
Vis à bois VGZ EVO, garantie de qualité et de durabilité pour les structures exposées aux intempéries.
La vis VGZ EVO est homologuée pour des applications structurelles sollicitées dans n’importe quelle direction par rapport à la fibre (α = 0° - 90°). C’est le connecteur idéal pour réaliser des structures extérieures. Le filetage profond et l’acier avec limite d’élasticité caractéristique élevée (fy,k = 1000 N/mm2) garantissent de hautes performances à la traction.
Les valeurs sont testées, certifiées et calculées également pour le CLT et le bois à haute densité comme le micro-lamellé LVL. Les distances minimales entre un connecteur et le suivant sont réduites. En acier au carbone, la vis à bois VGZ EVO est dotée d’un revêtement C4 EVO multicouche de 20 μm avec traitement de surface à base de résine époxyde et de paillettes d'aluminium, qui a démontré une absence de rouille après un test de 1440 heures d’exposition dans un brouillard salin, conformément à la norme ISO 9227.
VGZ EVO est la vis idéale pour une utilisation sur des panneaux à base de bois, du bois massif, du bois lamellé-collé, des bois à haute densité. Classes de service 1, 2 et 3.
